At Gear Pumps USA, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully, especially as we are a reseller and not the original manufacturer of the components we sell.

Return Eligibility

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
Only defective or damaged items will be considered for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gearpumpsusa.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Return Process Since we are a reseller, all returns must be sent back to the original manufacturer for their inspection and approval. This review process may take a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks, or longer, depending on the manufacturer's policies and workload.

Once we receive confirmation from the manufacturer regarding the status of the return, we will notify you and proceed with the appropriate resolution.

Refunds If the manufacturer approves the return:

You will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the manufacturer's assessment of the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

If the manufacturer does not approve the return, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items Please note that custom orders, special-order items, and items that have been used, modified, or installed are not eligible for returns or refunds.
